To ease children's participation in science activities, our team goes to the school, so there is no need to hire expensive buses to travel to other centers.

How long is it?

It usually takes about an hour and a half (it could be modified to last an hour). Also, multiple laboratories can be done in a row.

What is it?

Space workshops and laboratories adapted to the age of the participants. Educative and interactive experiences during which the students will learn about Space in a practical and playful way, the best way to learn. An opportunuty to live a unique experience.

What will we learn?

Trough the different laboratories and workshops, students will learn about planetary topography, the search of life at Earth and in the Universe, artificial satellites, the Space, exoplanets, new space missions of different space agencies, robotics, and the application of new technologies in space exploration.

To succeed in their mission, they will have to apply their knowledge of physics, chemistry, geography and science in general. Furthermore, they will need their imagination and creativity to solve the questions and problems we will propose.

Further below you will find a list with all the workshops and laboratories that we offer. Each school may choose the activity that best suites the interests or syllabus of their students. They are all different with different topics, and all of them are educative and fun in their own way.

Methodology:

• An expert in the field will guide the experience, adjusting the activity to the rhythm of the students.
• The students will have to manage the materials, the equipment and time, to succeed in the mission.
• We develop the experiences using the scientific method, in this way, students learn to explore and learn on their own and in a creative way, getting started in the world of science investigation.
• It is very important to us that the children experiment in first person with real (safe) laboratory equipment and new technologies.
• All our activities are dynamic and interactive.
• It is important to let the students know that making mistakes helps us move forward.
• We reenforce social abilities and teamwork, enhancing the importance of communication and the role of all the members of a team.

• 3D print in the Space.

Extras (only offered if more than one activity is hired):

• Virtual Reality (VR) in the Moon, the ISS and Mars.
• Exhibition of 3D models. (Satellites, comets and missions from different space agencies).

Essential requirements:

• Hall or a classroom with tables and access to a nearby bathroom.
• The location must be confortable and should accommodate the number of children that will take part in the activity.
• Plugs to plug-in our equipment.
• Our vehicle must access the school to unload and load the material. During the activity, if the vehicle cannot be parked at the school, we shall park it outside. (If we have to park it outside and the parking is not free, the price of the activity might be increased according to the parking fees of the area.)
